Outside Salesperson
Experienced, upbeat individuals to give presentations for outsourced bookkeeping, controllership, advisory expertise, and tax planning services. In addition to visiting prospects produced by other corporate marketing efforts, this position will also solicit new clients within their own business network and call on prospects around existing clients' locations. The salesperson would function as a communications link to increase service to clients and to obtain new business referrals. This individual would also manage the supply of business information and lists for the inside marketing function.
Outside Salesperson requirements:
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Some evenings and Saturdays - dependent upon client availability.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, MYOB, Peachtree or other accounting software.
- Thorough knowledge of current business challenges and issues.

Bookkeeper
Bookkeeper would be responsible for providing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing and general support for assigned clients. We are seeking self-motivated candidates, who can provide "second to none" responsive bookkeeping services for clients via their remote office or client location. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must. The ability to prioritize multiple clients' needs and meet strict reporting deadlines is critical.
Additional Bookkeeper requirements:
- Minimum AA degree or equivalent small business experience.
- Two plus years bookkeeping or small business operation experience.
- Experience providing data entry, A/P, A/R, and payroll functions.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, MYOB, Peachtree or other accounting software.

CPA would be responsible for managing the activities of several bookkeepers and providing controllership services to our clients. We are looking for self-motivated candidates, who can provide superior and responsive professional services for clients on a telecommuting basis, with occasional face-to-face client meetings.
